since 1988. We offer trust deed investments that are packaged, underwritten,
and sold to private investors (lenders) that yield a return from 8% to 14%
based on the characteristics of each loan.

Mt. Tai Asset Management services all of its investment products until the loan
is paid off and the invested capital is returned to the investors. Investors who
purchase our loan investment products include individuals, trusts, pension plans,
corporations, and foundations as well as other entities.

Individual Trust Deeds
Investors purchase interests in first trust deeds secured by real estate.

REO Pools
Mt. Tai Asset Management Investors to acquire pools of bank owned real estate at attractive discounts and sell the properties individually for a profit at lower than market value prices in order to expedite sales. (Min. inverstment is $2,000,000)

Loan Pools
Mt. Tai Asset Management Investors to acquire pools of performing or non-performing loans and collect monthly interest payments or foreclose and sell the properties for a profit. (Min. inverstment is $2,000,000)

Equity Positions
Investors purchase positions in a wide variety of commercial real estate loans. The loans include commercial properties, development sites, etc.
