Mount Tai Asset Management assists with processing foreclosures in the event of
default as quickly and proficiently as possible in order to save our clients time and
money. We coordinate every step from beginning the foreclosure paperwork to auctioning off the property.

REO Management
Our REO Management services assist with managing, appraising, and selling your property as quickly as possible for the best price so you’re able to turn your non-performing asset into cash fast.

Eviction Service
Mt. Tai Asset Management offers eviction service to help investors vacate borrowers who no longer honor their loan. We work with attorneys that can provide a conventional eviction with a lock out, or we can negotiate a Cash for Keys agreement that insures a quicker move out and less chance for any unnecessary property damage.  Once the property is secured we can provided REO management services, which include preparing the property for sale as soon as possible.
